Shipping policy
During our BETA phase, some NOPLE products are made and dispatched directly from our trusted partners in India/China. This allows us to refine our new production systems while maintaining the quality and welfare standards we’re known for.
Section 2: Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch BETA-phase orders within 30 working days, however, this may take a slightly longer than usual during this period of development. Because this is a new production setup, dispatch may take slightly longer while we refine our processes. If delays occur, we will always communicate clearly.
Section 3: Shipping Services
We ship using reliable international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Aramex. Available services and costs are shown at checkout.
Section 4: Tracking
All orders are fully tracked from our warehouse to your door. Tracking details are emailed automatically once your order has been dispatched.
Section 5: Customs & Duties
Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are determined by your local customs authority. Where possible, estimated fees are shown at checkout.
