Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Pre-Orders Customers who place a pre-order or beta programme order may cancel their order at any time before the product has been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us at sales@nopledogs.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, our standard return and refund policy applies.
Cancellation Requests All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to sales@nopledogs.com. We aim to process all cancellation requests within 2 business days. If your cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Changes to Orders If you wish to amend rather than cancel your order (e.g. change delivery address or product options), please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee amendments once an order has entered the fulfilment process.
Subscriptions NOPLEdogs does not currently offer subscription-based products. This policy will be updated if subscription options are introduced in the future.
