What is the Beta programme?

How long does delivery take during Beta?
As we're in Beta, delivery times may be slightly longer than standard. We'll keep you updated and appreciate your patience as a new customer.
Can I use it on a strong puller?
Yes — the dual-harness system is specifically designed to help manage pulling by distributing pressure and gently redirecting the line of sight downwards, making it ideal for training dogs who pull on the lead.
How do I fit the harness on my dog?
Start by loosening all straps fully. Slip the head harness over your dog's snout and fasten behind the ears, then put the body harness on like a vest and clip it under the chest. Attach the snout connector and clip your lead to the two rings. Adjust all straps until snug but comfortable — you should be able to fit two fingers under any strap. Encourage your dog to wear the training harness through gentle encouragement and of course treats.
What is the harness made from? Is it safe?
The NOPLE harness is made from durable, dog-safe materials designed for comfort and longevity. All components are tested to ensure they are free from harmful substances. Full material details will be listed as we finalise the production specification during Beta.
Is it suitable for all breeds?
Yes, all breeds other than flat faced breeds, which we are working on, — the NOPLE harness is designed to work across a wide range of breeds and body shapes. The fully adjustable straps accommodate everything from small terriers to large working breeds. If you're unsure about sizing, refer to our sizing guide.
What is your returns policy?
We want you and your dog to be completely happy. If the harness isn't right for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a return or exchange. As a Beta customer, your satisfaction is especially important to us — just reach out and we'll make it right. Please note, the harness will need to be unused and in its original packaging due to hygiene reasons.
How do I clean the harness?
Hand wash in warm water with a mild detergent and leave to air dry. Do not tumble dry or use bleach. Regular cleaning will keep the harness fresh and extend its lifespan.
When will the Beta end and what happens to the price?
We haven't set a fixed end date for the Beta — it will close once we've gathered enough feedback to finalise the design. Your Beta price is locked in for your order. Future customers will pay the full retail price, which is likely to be double the beta cost, so you're getting the best deal as a founding supporter.
